First Time Home Buyers Find The Triangle A Great Place to Buy a Home


According to Realtor.com, the Triangle which includes Raleigh Durham and Chapel Hill is one of the top 10 best places to find a home if you are a first time home buyer. The Triangle ranked 9 in the list.

Five factors were taken into consideration by Realtor.com and the result of such choices were based on these criteria:


  1. Real Estate Market Popularity
  2. Real Estate Prices
  3. Real Estate Inventory
  4. The Amount of Time a Property Stayed on The Market
  5. Unemployment in the Region
The Triangle boasted the lowest unemployment rate in the region and that was a great plus for those looking for a first time home purchase. The Triangle also had a good inventory of property for sale and with the average of 98 days a listing is on the market in the Triangle, this gave a great opportunity for a First Time Home Buyer to find a home with out feeling intimidated or rushed into a home purchase that they are not ready for.
